Pepper's MoonBeams Refund Policy
Since Pepper’s MoonBeams is purchasing product on behalf of an approved funding request, we assume the product meets the needs of the recipient and will most likely not require a refund. Having said that, if the person receives their requested items and they are damaged, they should contact Peppers MoonBeams immediately to discuss next steps. A picture or video should also be provided to Peppers MoonBeams showing the damaged item. Peppers MoonBeams will retain receipts for all goods shipped to recipients and if and item arrives broken, or an item is not matching what is articulated in the original ask, Peppers MoonBeams will make every attempt to get items replaced. The recipient will need to ship items back to Peppers MoonBeams in order to receive a replacement product. All of this should be initiated within 1 week of receiving their materials. After that, Peppers MoonBeams will not he held responsible for replacing any damaged or missing items.
Peppers MoonBeams will also provide a tracking number to the recipient so that they can track shipping via UPS or FedEx.
Once the item is confirmed received and confirmed to be in good order, Peppers MoonBeams holds no further responsibility for the care or upkeep of products. Refunds will not be made to the grant recipient. Also, Peppers MoonBeams will not provide the grant funds directly to the recipients. It is always our goal to purchase requested items on their behalf and work with the grant recipient to arrange for shipping and pick up.
