Up to 3 Grants will be awarded monthly

  HOW THIS WORKS

​

• Fill out the form below.  All * fields are required.

• Submit by the last day of each month to be considered in the next months grant review cycle.

• You must provide your legal name, cell phone and email address 

• Describe your ask for support -- Please be specific with items requested and their estimated costs

• We will review all applications within 2 weeks and provide an update to applicants via email

• Semi-final candidates may be contacted to interview on a FaceTime or Zoom call so we can ask clarifying questions

• Approved grant recipients will be notified by the end of the month

• Funding will be used to purchase requested items on your behalf and shipped to an address you provide

• Funding will not directly be provided to approved applicants​​​​​

If you are approved for a grant:

​

• Purchase/Shipping of Items Approved --- The  program founder will contact you directly to arrange purchase of your requested art supplies, and arrange for shipping to a location of your choosing

​

• Recipient Story Release Form -- You will be asked to sign a release form and to agree to be contacted for a follow-up in 3, 6 and 12 months to check in on how you are doing with your art.  Part of the agreement of receiving the grant will be to share your artistic journey on Peppers MoonBeams social media so it can inspire others.  If your anonymity is important, your name/photo will be masked to protect your privacy.
